EBSCOlearning Raffle Terms and Conditions
 

Eligibility:

  1. The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and above who are physically present at the 2024 CLN Corporate Learning Week in Las Vegas.

  2. Participants must subscribe to EBSCOlearning marketing emails and schedule a meeting with one of our sales representatives during the CLN Corporate Learning Week conference to be eligible.

Entry Period:

  1. The raffle entry period begins March 5, 2024 and ends March 26th.
     

How to Enter:

  1. Participants must subscribe to EBSCOlearning marketing emails.

  2. Participants must schedule and attend a meeting with one of our sales representatives in person at the CLN Corporate Learning Week conference.

  3. Complete the digital entry form in full.
     

Prize:

  1. Two tickets to The Sphere will be awarded to each raffle winner.

  2. There will be one winner for the March 26th draw and one winner for the March 27th draw.
     

Winner Selection:

  1. Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries.

  2. The draw for the March 26th winner will take place on March 25th.

  3. The draw for the March 27th winner will take place on March 26th.
     

Notification:

  1. Winners will be notified via email within two hours of the draw.

  2. If a winner does not respond within 4 hours of notification, a new winner will be selected.
     

Publicity:

  1. By participating, winners agree to allow EBSCOlearning to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes.
     

General Conditions:

  1. EBSCOlearning reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle in its sole discretion.

  2. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
     

Privacy:

  1. Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of the raffle and will not be shared with third parties.
